500 mg. is a middle range, the best pure hoodia doses are 750 mg. to 1000 mg. They usually don’t put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Another thing about retail store brands they usually always contain a Hoodia extract rather than pure Hoodia. Read about extracts vs. pure at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink. com/pure_hoodia_extract.html
“Diet 57 pills” are produced by Richardson Labs and I was not able to find any company information on them, not a good sign. The only thing I could find on them was a rip off report at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripo…
You will have the best chance of hoodia suppressing your appetite if you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink’s unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink. com/hoodia_comparison.html in the “Confidence” column it will indicate if the brand is “Certified”. These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is “Returnable”. These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
There are many factors involved in finding the best Hoodia, I have written articles on a lot of them. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

Unfortunately, over the counter pills don’t work!! I tried plent of them an instead of losing weight all I lost was money and time!! I also tried pure hoodia and had no results at all!
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine works GREAT!!!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I’ve been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I’ve had great results. I feel like I’m melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I’m not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I’m not hungry anymore, I’m probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it’s always best to consult your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to continue to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!

Vanessa:
I’ve been researching hoodia diet pills for the past year now and I’m not familiar with hoodia gordonii diet 57 pills. In general, I’m not a big fan of any hoodia supplement that can be purchased at Walmart, Walgreens, GNC, or any retail chain. The reason being, almost all the brands sold on a mass scale like that are fake (meaning they contain very little, if any, hoodia gordonii).
The few brands that may contain SOME authentic hoodia gordonii, probably contain so little of it that it would’t make any difference in your appetite. You can determine if the brand you purchased is the “real deal” by comparing it to the criteria outlined in this article:http://hoodiaandweightloss.com/informati…
You’ll be able to determine if these 57 diet pills are authentic. I’m fairly confident you’ll find out they aren’t. I would do the comparison myself, but Walmart doesn’t list any of their supplements on their website.
At any rate, even if these are authentic hoodia gordonii diet pills, 500mg isn’t going to be enough to suppress your appetite effectively. Most people need a minimum of 800-1,500mg per day. Some may even need as much as 3,000mg per day! As long as you are taking real hoodia, there is no risk in taking those higher doses as they have been proven to be safe with virtually no side effects. If you want to know more about hoodia dosage recommendations, I’ve provided a link below to an article that provides information on suggested hoodia dosage levels.
Keep in mind that hoodia can take a while before it starts to take affect. It can take as long as two weeks. Furthermore, not everyone responds to hoodia. The reality is, it just doesn’t work for everyone. So if you are taking the appropriate doses for at least two weeks and you’re not noticing any difference in your appetite, then it’s probably not going to work for you.
Best of luck to you.

Hi, I am so happy to hear from someone else that has tried these pills. I have the Hoodia’s from Walmart and so far so good. I have lost about 5 pounds in the first few weeks but I was only taking one at first because the directions aren’t very clear and like most diet pills, these come with no meal plan or nothing. I do like them and plan on purchasing another bottle but I did want to find out more about this type. What are your results like?

I took the same brand of Hoodia. I didn’t really see much of a difference in my appetite, but it may be different for others.
