I would strongly advise not to use any diet pills besides a natural one such as Hoodia, which is effectively just an appetite suppressant. For this reason it should be used temporarily as an aide in a complete weight loss program consisting of exercise and a healthy diet, Proactol is merely a fat binder, which is not advisable, as your body needs certain fats to function correctly. Other natural diet pills contain vast amounts of caffeine, which can be harmful to your health. I would suggest using Hoodia, go to the link provided for recommendations.

There are no diet pills on the market that work or that are even healthy. From what you list, I know hoodia does not work and some of those, well all are risky. Alli, are you aware of the side effects? Read up on the effects of Alli, it will turn you off really quick.
